At Claysville Landing Apartment Suites, we know that while away on an extended business trip, sitting in a motel room is no piece of cake. That is why we offer you the option of a short term lease in an Executive Suite furnished and waiting for you at a much lower cost than a small motel room.  All community amenities are available for your use:

We offer several corporate packages for business suites. Each package includes 1200 sq feet of spacious living area with state of the art kitchens with built in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove and refrigerator with ice maker.

Corporate Package 1

Includes:

Living room furniture:Couch and matching love seat or chair, coffee table, end table with lamp, color TV with stand, hanging picture or mirror, artificial plant.

Kitchen/ Dining room furniture: Dining table with 4 chairs

Bedroom furniture: Queen bed (headboard, frame, mattress and box spring),dresser with mirror, nightstand with lamp.

Washer/Dryer is included.

Corporate Package 2         

Includes:

Corporate Package 1, plus we pay the utilities; including water, sewer, electric, deluxe cable, and high speed Internet.

Corporate Package 3  

includes:

Corporate Package 2, plus the *basic house wares you need to cook, clean and sleep in comfort.

*Bathroom House Wares Package includes shower curtain w/ hooks, floor mat, small waste basket, (4) bath towels, (4) hand towels, and (4) wash cloths.

*Bedroom House Wares Package includes sheet set, bedspread, blanket, (2) pillows, clock radio, and (12) hangers.  

*Kitchen/Dining House Wares Package includes dinnerware (4 place setting), flatware (4 place setting), glassware (12 piece setting), cookware (7 piece setting), toaster, coffee maker, serving/cooking utensils, manual can opener, vegetable peeler, knives (7 piece set), cutting board, grater, strainer, protable mixer, mixing bowl set, measuring cups/spoons, juice pitcher, salt/pepper shakers, (2) dish towels, (2) pot holders, and large waste basket.

*Utility Room House Wares Package includes broom w/ dust pan, mop with pail, iron w/ ironing board, and vacuum.

Corporate Package Rates are calculated at a minimum lease term of 2 months.
